World of Warcraft Item Upgrade
The upgrade to the item was first introduced in Generation II. This item upgrade allows Porygon2 to grow when traded when held.
Incorporating it into weapon gear, armour and trinkets could provide an extra bonus or increase the value of an attribute. However, most upgrade components require that the item be at a certain level before it can be slotted.
Recycle points
Recycle points can be used to upgrade certain items. You can get them by recycling cans and plastic or by completing missions. They can also be obtained through the recycling incentive scheme, which rewards players for bringing their rubbish to recycling bins. These points can be used to purchase household items and cash at the iRecycle store.
To recycle an item, right-click on it and press R. You will receive small amounts of books and XP back. This can be used to recycle all items, including heroes and weapons. Substats
The sub-stats are random, however they can be improved in different ways. Unlike the main stats, which increase with every upgrade, the sub-stats may be upgraded randomly on any of the four existing slots. The number of sub-stats that an artifact has is determined by its rank. The rank 2 artifact has no sub-stats, while the Rank 5 slot has five. Each sub-stat is assigned a specific range it can be generated within, based on its rarity.
If you'd like to have a better chance to get a certain sub-stat, you can use REFINE ARTIFACTS in order to boost it by four levels. This will cost you MORA. Another method to increase the sub-stats of an item is to find duplicates of it. You can then improve duplicates to increase their rarity or a different set sub-stats. If you're a high level player, this can be a useful strategy for improving your character's DPS. You must be careful to not overdo it and risk losing your MORA.
Reroll tokens
Reroll tokens allow players to play a second time with the item currently equipped by a unit. Rerolling the item results in an upgrade to level 1 with different bonuses and a brand new kind of equipment. In item upgrading rerolling of an item can substantially increase its value. However, the item will not maintain its ilvl and rerolling is only useful if the item has rare affixes.
Rerolling an item resets the base power, as well as all upgrades, and also rerolls the substats on top of the substats. This is helpful when a ring's substats not what the player wants or if a ring's maximum power was lower than desired. The reroll token can be obtained from a variety of sources like the skulled creature, mystery box or as a reward for taking down a boss.

Item level
The level of an item is an important measurement of the strength of an item. This includes rings, cloaks, shoulders, neck, chest, back, wrist feet, hands and legs, waist and a weapon in the off hand. The ilvl is taken into consideration twice, as the main and off-hand have different iLevels.
The iLevel determines which stats are given priority. Some stats are more valuable than others based on the class or spec. For example, crit rating is extremely expensive, while haste rating is relatively inexpensive. Item level also determines the amount of the budget allocated to primary stats and secondary stats.
It is important to achieve a high level of item is important to ensure that you have the best gear for your character. This will allow you to progress quicker through the game and gain access to more areas. The higher your level of item, the more damage that you can deal in PvP.
In order to improve an item, you will need to have the right materials. For weapons, this means Destruction Stones; for armor, this would be Guardian Stones and Harmony Leapstones. You can get these items by clearing content to the maximum level of your character's item. You can also buy items at the Auction House. But beware of auction prices, since they can be very expensive.
